Marketing and Communications Executive

We're looking for an organised, creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Executive to join our busy Group Marketing team.

Based at our Isle of Man head office, you'll work alongside our in-house marketing and design team, supporting a wide variety of marketing activities across our property developments and business operations in the UK, Isle of Man and Jersey.

This is a varied role, ideal for someone with a broad marketing background who enjoys managing multiple projects, creating engaging content and seeing ideas through to delivery.

At this stage we will only be considering applications from Isle of Man based applicants who do not require an employment visa.

About the role

Working closely with our design studio and regional marketing teams, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Coordinating creative briefs and managing projects through our in-house design studio.

• Writing and adapting copy for advertising, marketing collateral and communications.

• Assisting with the production and distribution of marketing and promotional materials.

• Coordinating promotional content for resident events across our UK build to rent developments.

• Supporting digital marketing campaigns through the coordination of creative assets, and assisting with the creation and scheduling of organic social media content.

• Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time.

• Providing general marketing and administrative support to the wider team.

About you

We're looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable and highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for marketing.

You'll ideally have:

• At least two years' experience in a marketing or communications role, either in-house or agency side.

• Excellent copywriting skills and a strong eye for detail.

• Experience coordinating marketing projects and working with creative teams.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.

• Confidence communicating with colleagues, stakeholders and external suppliers.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• A positive, flexible approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience managing organic social media content for business accounts, particularly Facebook and Instagram, would be an advantage. Familiarity with Canva or social media scheduling platforms would also be beneficial, although not essential.
