What we're looking for
- Civils QS experience
- Advanced Excel use

- NEC Contract experience
Inquisitive
- Holds an RICS/CICES accredited degree or enrolled on an accredited part-time post graduate degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
Nice to have
- Maintenance & Response experience
- Use of CEMAR
Use of Confirm (Brightly)
- Full Membership of the RICS or CICES desirable, or enrolled on the approved training scheme for membership
The role
Due to project growth, the position of Quantity Surveyor has become available to join our successful team
What you'll do
- Subcontract Management including procurement, auditing, payments, change management, earned value reporting, forecasting, performance monitoring, monthly meetings, final accounts etc.
- Ensure timescales for contract administration, commitments, actions and deliverables are met
- Identification of the EW/CE's & pricing of contract change
- Producing budget estimates for the client
- Collation/Submission of required evidence for main contract application for payment
- Assist with internal reporting
- Engage and assist team members in seeking personal development opportunities
- Supporting a graduate QS
