Join Fulfords in Newton Abbot, part of Connells Group as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor.

You'll bring a strong sales background, confidence with customers and the ambition to build a long-term career. We'll help you develop your mortgage and protection knowledge through structured training and ongoing coaching.

Already CeMAP qualified or willing to study towards it? We'd love to hear from you. No previous mortgage advising experience is needed.

As you progress through your training, you'll:

• Build relationships with customers and understand their needs
• Develop the skills to provide suitable mortgage and protection advice, with guidance and supervision
• Support customers from their first enquiry through to mortgage completion
• Work closely with estate agency colleagues to make the most of referrals
• Grow your client base while working towards sales and service targets
• Keep accurate records and follow the standards required for compliant advice
