We're looking for a proven salesperson who earns customers' trust, understands their needs and has the ambition to learn something new.

As you develop through your training, you'll:

• Get to know customers and understand their home-buying and financial needs
• Learn to recommend suitable mortgage and protection products, with guidance and supervision
• Support customers from their first appointment through to mortgage completion
• Work closely with branch colleagues to make the most of customer referrals
• Build your client base and work towards sales and service targets
• Keep accurate records and follow the standards required for compliant advice
