Property Manager in Peterborough

Sharman Quinney is looking for an Property Manager to join our team in Peterborough. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the UK's largest and most respected property groups, where you'll manage your own portfolio, build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants, and play a key role in delivering an exceptional lettings experience.

As a Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring tenancies are managed efficiently, compliantly and with exceptional levels of customer care. You'll work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and branch colleagues to deliver a seamless property management service.

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring works are completed promptly and to a high standard
• Managing tenancy renewals, inspections and end-of-tenancy processes
• Ensuring properties remain compliant with current legislation and company standards
• Resolving tenancy queries and more complex property management issues professionally and efficiently
• Supporting branch teams with lettings and property management matters
• Maintaining accurate records and delivering an outstanding customer experience

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience in residential property management
• A strong understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a successful team
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
