Connells Group is looking for an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team in North East Norfolk, covering our William H Brown offices in Reepham/ Stalham and Aylsham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to build a rewarding career with one of the UK's leading property services groups. Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you'll provide expert mortgage and protection advice while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
