The role
Join Taylors in Downend, part of Connells Group, as a Lettings Negotiator. You'll help tenants find their next home and build strong relationships with landlords.
We'll support you with training, hands-on coaching and clear opportunities to progress in lettings or across the wider Group.
Help tenants find their next home and landlords find the right tenants. You'll:
What you'll do
- Generate new business and book rental valuations
- Show prospective tenants around properties
- Negotiate rental terms and agree lets
- Keep landlords and tenants updated through to move-in
