The role

OTE £50k | Uncapped Commission | Company Car or Car Allowance

You know how to win landlords' trust and get properties let. Ready to lead your own team?

We're looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Lister ready to step into a Lettings Manager role at Fox & Sons in Yeovil, part of Connells Group.

You don't need previous management experience. Bring your lettings experience, drive and willingness to learn, and we'll provide the training, coaching and support to help you become a confident team leader.

What you'll do

  • Carry out rental valuations, win instructions and grow your landlord portfolio
  • Support, motivate and develop your team
  • Drive lettings income and help the team achieve its targets
  • Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Maintain high standards of service and lettings compliance
  • Take ownership of day-to-day lettings performance, with guidance as you develop

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in residential lettings, with a strong record of delivering results
  • The confidence to generate new business and build landlord relationships
  • Valuation and listing experience
  • The ambition to take more responsibility and bring out the best in others
  • A proactive, organised approach and the resilience to keep things moving
  • A full UK driving licence
