Branch Manager in Dawlish

Lead our Dawlish residential sales team and shape how the branch grows. You'll take ownership of branch performance, coach your team to achieve their targets and help them build the skills to take the next step in their careers.

You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success. This is a hands-on leadership role with clear career pathways and long-term opportunities.

• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency
• A strong people leader with a passion for coaching and development
• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Customer-focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Numerate, detail-focused and results-driven
• Full UK driving licence
