SIA Door Supervisor

£15.92 per hour

Join our dedicated security team at the Royal Armouries! We're looking for confident, professional SIA‑licensed Door Supervisors to help deliver safe, smooth and secure large‑scale events at one of Leeds’ most high‑profile venues.

As SIA Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• General security of the site, ensuring safe operations at all times
• Traffic marshalling and vehicle movement coordination
• Door duties and access control
• Monitoring event areas and reporting any concerns
• Supporting crowd management and queue control
• Providing excellent customer service
• Responding to incidents calmly and professionally
• Working closely with the event management and security teams

• Central location in Leeds Dock with excellent public transport links

We offer a variety of shifts across our events, including:

• Weekday and weekend work
• Day, evening, and night shifts
• Hours varying depending on event schedules
