We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food across corporate hospitality, events, meeting rooms and fine dining.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a flagship site, working alongside an award-winning team and Head Chef. With a background in a high-end restaurant or five-star hotel, you'll bring culinary flair, creativity and a passion for Michelin-standard cuisine to a diverse and dynamic hospitality operation.

What you'll be doing as a Hospitality Sous Chef

• Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and delivering consistently high standards across all hospitality services.
• Drive food quality, presentation and attention to detail, with a strong focus on seasonality and refined, contemporary cuisine.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of approximately 10 chefs, building a positive, professional and collaborative kitchen culture.
• Adapt to the demands of events, meeting rooms and fine dining, maintaining quality and composure under pressure.
• Bring fresh ideas and high-street restaurant influences to enhance the food offering.
• Support the Head Chef with operational administration, paperwork and internal systems.

What you'll need to succeed as a Hospitality Sous Chef

• Experience delivering high-quality cuisine within a demanding, multi-faceted operation.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of seasonality, ingredients and presentation.
• The personality to inspire a team, build a positive culture and lead confidently under pressure.
• A proactive approach to operational responsibilities, including administration and paperwork.
• The ambition to deliver Michelin-standard food and continually improve standards.
