We're looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to champion the customer journey across a prestigious luxury department store hospitality operation. You'll play a key role in enhancing the guest experience, driving customer satisfaction and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of both Eurest and our client.

• Lead the customer experience strategy across all food and hospitality outlets.
• Build strong relationships with customers, clients and internal teams.

• Drive engagement initiatives, events and promotional activity.
• Support operational teams to deliver exceptional service every day.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance the overall experience.
• Champion a culture of hospitality, service and continuous improvement.

Working hours: 40

• Experience in customer engagement, hospitality, retail or guest experience management.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, positive and customer-focused approach.
• Experience using customer insights to improve service delivery.
