Barista in Leeds

Healthcare Retail, part of Medirest, is passionate about delivering excellent products, standards and customer service to patients, staff and visitors in over 50 NHS hospitals around the UK through convenience and catering retail formats. The portfolio comprises many high street brand franchises including Costa Coffee and M&S Simply Food as well as a selection of in-house brands.

• Preparing perfectly made drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
• Learning about brewing methods, drinks and food presentation
• Keeping the coffee bar clean and stocked with clean mugs and plates
• Checking the coffee equipment works properly and reporting any maintenance needs
• Taking cash and card payments
• Complying with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards

Contract: Part Time

We're currently recruiting a Barista to join Asda on a part time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week.

You'll craft great coffee and serve it with a smile, becoming part of our customers' daily routine, one cup at a time.

Our ideal Barista will:

• Be a brilliant communicator who easily builds relationships
• Have previous experience in customer service
• Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
• Have hands-on experience with coffee equipment, or be keen to learn
• Be able to work under pressure
• Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
