Capability Development Specialist

We're looking for a Capability Development Specialist who can turn business priorities into meaningful development opportunities, helping our people build the skills, confidence and capability they need to succeed today and in the future.

This is much more than delivering training. You'll work across the organisation, partnering with leaders, managers, HR colleagues and subject matter experts to understand where our capability gaps are and design solutions that create measurable impact.

From leadership development and talent pathways to digital learning, capability frameworks and organisational transformation, you'll have the opportunity to influence how we learn, grow and perform.

This is a full time permanent role with some national travel and attendance at our head office in Widnes required at least once a week so our ideal candidate will be based within an hours commute of our head office in Widnes.
