The Role

As a Sr. Solutions Engineer at CloudBees, you'll be a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers across the EMEA region. You will partner closely with Account Executives to demonstrate the value of CloudBees' DevOps platform, guide customers through technical evaluations, and help translate complex DevOps challenges into scalable solutions.

This role blends deep technical expertise with strong communication skills and a passion for helping teams deliver better software.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role
Strong understanding of DevOps concepts, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or similar
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience supporting EMEA customers is a plus
