The role

We're looking for an RxWeb Trainer to help community pharmacies get the very best from our software. You'll deliver practical training, support new implementations and build strong relationships with pharmacy teams across the South of England.

Based in Milton Keynes, this is a field-based role with regular travel to customer sites, alongside remote training and follow-up support. You'll work closely with our Customer Success, Training and Implementation colleagues to make sure customers feel confident using RxWeb from go-live onwards.

What you'll do

Training & Product Adoption

  • Deliver clear, engaging on-site and remote software training tailored to the needs of pharmacy owners, pharmacists and dispensing teams.
  • Take ownership of follow-up training, helping customers build confidence, improve proficiency and make full use of RxWeb.

Implementation & Go-Live Support

  • Work with customers and internal teams to prepare for implementation, system setup, training and go-live.
  • Provide practical support during rollout, helping pharmacy teams adapt their day-to-day workflows to the new system.

Customer Relationships & Feedback

  • Build trusted relationships with pharmacy teams, understand their challenges and identify where further support would help.
  • Gather feedback from customers and share recurring issues and improvement ideas with Customer Success and Product colleagues.

Training Materials & Troubleshooting

  • Create and update user guides, quick-reference materials and other practical training resources.
  • Resolve straightforward software and operational questions during training, escalating technical issues to specialist teams when needed.

Requirements

You will ideally bring:

  • At least one year of experience in a community pharmacy, dispensing, pharmacy support or closely related healthcare role.
  • A good understanding of NHS community pharmacy operations, dispensing processes and day-to-day workflows.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to explain systems to people with different levels of experience.
  • A positive, customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships with pharmacy teams.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Self-motivation, strong organisation and the confidence to manage a busy field-based schedule.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the South of England.

Experience delivering training or coaching, familiarity with pharmacy PMR (Patient Medication Record) systems, or creating e-learning resources would be an advantage.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Pharmacy teams are prepared for go-live and feel confident using RxWeb in their daily work.
  • New and existing customers adopt the system well, with timely follow-up and fewer avoidable issues.
  • Customers value the training and their feedback helps us continuously improve the experience.
