What you'll do
- Order Management & SLA Execution: Manage market data service queues through Optimize Spend to ensure user requests, subscriptions, and profile modifications are fulfilled accurately and meet or exceed SLAs.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Partner with external vendors, internal Business Advisors, and Procurement teams to clarify requirements, manage workflows, and resolve operational queries.
- Reconciliation & Cost Integrity: Conduct regular vendor service and inventory reconciliations to detect discrepancies, maintain data accuracy, and support financial expense integrity.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes, leveraging automation and AI tools to drive efficiency and delivery insights.
- Project & Management Support: Contribute to global Market Data strategic initiatives, ad-hoc management requests, and cross-functional deliverables.
What we need from you
