The role
Cineworld at The O2 Belfast is one of the most vibrant cinemas in the Cineworld estate. Situated within the bustling O2 complex, it sits alongside a thriving mix of restaurants, entertainment venues, and excellent transport links, making it a key destination for movie‑goers across the city. We are looking to recruit a full‑time Supervisor to support our busy weekend, evening, and late‑night periods. The ideal candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The Role of the Cafe/Bar Supervisor is to lead the Barista/Bar team during scheduled shifts and to support the cinema management team in running the Bar and cafe store. You will deploy the team and delegate tasks so that the Lavazza experience is created and maintained for our customers. You will act as an ambassador for the guiding principles of Lavazza and Cineworld.
What you'll do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Engaging and connecting with customers ensuring your actions display the culture, mission and values of Lavazza through a hands-on, positive example
* Planning and executing all in store promotions, facilities maintenance, bar management, payroll costs, stock ordering and reporting processes are followed through effective monitoring and coaching whilst on shift
* Supporting Cinema Team
