Your profile
- At least 4-5 years of professional experience in one or more insurance lines, ideally in the field of personal insurance within an industrial and corporate insurance environment or from a brokerage environment
- Completed training as an insurance clerk as well as ideally an additional completed degree in business administration with a focus on insurance, alternatively a comparable training with additional qualifications or a completed degree in mathematics
- Very good analytical understanding of numbers; this includes data analysis, interpretation, and the independent implementation of resulting measures
- Confident and convincing appearance and presentation to customers (brokers and end customers)
- Experience in international insurance business is an advantage
- Interest in personal development, challenge, and working in an international environment
As an international company, we require very secure English and German language skills and confident handling of MS Office applications. Another foreign language is an advantage. Personally, you convince through a high degree of commitment, resilience, flexibility, as well as strong team spirit and communication skills.
