Education & certifications
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in P&C insurance (underwriting background in property and/or general liability lines is preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- ACII/CPCU or similar industry designations are preferred.
- Creative thinker with skills in conceptualizing new product features, defining product roadmaps, developing business cases and proposals for solutions built on digital technologies.
- Ability to work with cross functional global and local teams for various projects across varying time zones, as required.
- Ability to deliver efficient and creative solutions in a fast-paced environment with limited resources and minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
