The role

Chrono24 is the global marketplace for luxury watches, connecting buyers and sellers from more than 100 countries. We bring trust, transparency, and technology to one of the world’s most valuable and relationship-driven categories.

As we continue to scale, our growth depends on predictable revenue operations, strong dealer partnerships, and white-glove VIP experiences — supported by high-quality data, modern tooling, and increasingly AI-enabled workflows.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Global Sales Operations Manager, you will be the architect of sales operations across our Marketplace and Private Office (VIP client) motions globally (EMEA, Americas, APAC) — and the Growth leadership team’s primary operating partner.

You will design the operating system (incl. tooling selection and implementation) behind our go-to-market dealer and VIP client teams, driving data quality, execution rigor, and scalable processes.

A key part of the role is helping Chrono24 leverage automation and AI-enabled capabilities across prospecting, CRM, forecasting, lead routing and qualification, insights, and enablement — while maintaining trust, transparency, and human judgment.

This role will join the CEO’s organization at Chrono24 and report to the Chief of Staff.

What you'll do

Marketplace supply & dealer lifecycle operations

Private Office (VIP) go-to-market

Data, CRM & AI-enabled tooling stewardship

  • Design and run global GMV and revenue planning

  • Partner with marketing and operations to streamline onboarding, activation, and dealer health monitoring
  • Use automation and AI-driven insights pragmatically
  • Route and qualify high-intent signals into Private Office
  • Improve speed to first offer, fill rate, and win rate
  • Balance automation with white-glove experience
  • Own CRM and sales tooling adoption
  • Lead rollout of a single global CRM
  • Identify and pilot AI-enabled Sales Ops use cases
  • Run executive sales cadences and reporting
  • Translate complex data into executive narratives
