Alongside operational support, you will deliver approved system enhancements, contribute to MES upgrades through functional and regression testing and early-life support, and help continuously improve the reliability and effectiveness of the system. A key part of the role will be protecting manufacturing data integrity and traceability, investigating data discrepancies and traceability gaps, and maintaining clear documentation of system changes, resolved issues and work instructions to support user training, knowledge sharing and AI-assisted support.
