The role of Career Coach is an excellent opportunity to work within the local community, across a new national green skills and employability project, funded by Shell. Reporting to the Operations Manager, and working alongside an experienced employability team, you will support service users to progress into apprenticeships, employment, education, and training opportunities, on their journey into Net Zero Careers.
At Catch22, we are proud of our reputation as a modern and progressive employer. Our 1,300 colleagues and 300 volunteers work at every stage of the social welfare cycle, supporting over 60,000 individuals from cradle to career.
Catch22 delivers high quality and responsive employability programmes, which are relevant to the needs and aspirations of learners and job seekers, as well as the needs of employers and the economy, both today, and in the future.
