Role: Supervisor

As a Supervisor you will support the Store Manager with sales, customer service, team management and daily store operations, ensuring high standards and achievement of store targets.

Drive sales performance and achieve store targets and KPIs.

Deliver excellent customer service and support the team in handling customer queries, complaints and returns.

Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising and cleanliness.

Support stock management, deliveries and provide feedback on stock and collection performance.

Supervise, motivate and develop the team, organising daily tasks, rotas and priorities.

Support HR administration and store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Monitor sales, stock and store KPIs, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up.

Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
