• Promote vehicle finance packages and meet branch targets.
• Follow Caffyns' "Steps" programme for a professional sales process.
• Enter key information into UCS and manufacturers' systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction even after the sale.
• Collaborate with service and valet staff to ensure vehicles are ready for sale.
• Work in a supportive team environment, assisting other branches as needed.
