The Prime Minister's Office enables the Prime Minister to deliver the Government's overall priorities and to communicate the Government's policies to Parliament, the public and international audiences. From the Policy Unit, Press Office, Switchboard and Custodians, to the Events & Visits team and the Private Office support; the diverse No10 team draws on varied expertise from across the Civil Service and beyond. The teams come together to deliver excellent service to the Prime Minister while also making No10 a great place to work.
To manage and deliver event and hospitality operations at No10 North, ensuring visitors, stakeholders and staff receive a professional, welcoming and well-managed experience and that events and activities are planned and delivered to a high standard.

The postholder will support ministerial visits, stakeholder engagements and events, while ensuring No10 North remains operationally ready and maintained to a high standard.
Whilst the role has significant responsibility for leading the delivery of the No10 North events programme, it is also a highly practical, hands-on role. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute across all aspects of the operation, from coordinating high-profile stakeholder events through to supporting the day-to-day visitor and hospitality experience. No task is too large or too small in ensuring No10 North operates effectively and delivers an exceptional experience for visitors and stakeholders.
The postholder will be the primary Front of House and event operations presence at No10 North and the key contact for hospitality, visitor experience and on-site event delivery. They will play an important role in representing the Prime Minister's Office in Manchester and ensuring activity at No10 North is delivered to the highest standard.
The postholder will also provide direct support to the Prime Minister and senior leaders while working at No10 North, responding to ad hoc requests and ensuring requirements are met in a professional, discreet and timely manner.
This role is currently based at No10 North, Heron House, 1 Lincoln Square, Manchester. There will be opportunities, subject to business need, to work from Downing Street. The role will relocate to the long term No10 North Manchester site.
Due to the nature of the Prime Minister's Office, this role is highly varied, and no two days are the same. Whilst this document outlines the main responsibilities of the role, the postholder will regularly be required to respond to emerging priorities, support ad hoc requests and undertake additional duties as required. A flexible, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to maintaining smooth operational delivery are essential.
