What we're looking for

We're more interested in finding the right person than someone who already knows everything.

You'll ideally have:

Confidence speaking to people over the telephone.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Pride in maintaining accurate records and keeping systems up to date.
Previous experience using CRM software would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.

The role

Sales Development Executive

What you'll do

Researching businesses and identifying potential new customers.
Making outbound calls to introduce Britsafe's services and qualify opportunities.
Booking introductory appointments for the Sales Director.
Maintaining accurate customer information within Salesforce CRM.
Keeping prospect data organised and up to date.
Supporting email marketing campaigns.
Assisting with sales administration and lead management.
Contributing ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
