The role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Local Business Development Executive to join our team in a dealership/field sales role.

We offer a comprehensive training and development programme which will give you the opportunity to excel; and, with our fantastic Ford product range and aftersales services, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. So, if you are committed and have an ability to use your consultative selling skills to deliver the ideal products to our customers, we would love to hear from you.

What you'll do

We are looking for a Sales and Business development executive with a minimum of 2 years sales experience to build our local business/fleet database and promote our dealership services, including New and Used Passenger Car and Commercial vehicle Sales, Aftersales, and Parts.

You will need to be a driven, competent, and confident individual with the ability to work independently, in order to grow, manage, and develop our business customer database.

Your key focus will be on developing new business opportunities across East London and surrounding areas. You'll demonstrate drive, commitment, and enthusiasm, together with a willingness to contribute to your team and, more importantly, your customers.

How you'll work

For your first 2 days in the business, you'll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you'll learn all about our business before you start your new role.

Requirements

  • Do you have the interpersonal skills and ability to help us, as a business, to 'Drive the standard in Customer Care'?
  • Are you self-motivated and have the ability to work independently?
  • Are you a high achiever in a fast-paced sales environment?
  • Are you able to manage and close existing deals while continually seeking new business opportunities?

When completing your application please give specific detail of your experience, skills and previous responsibilities that you believe would be relevant to the role you are applying for. We blind recruit therefore our Recruiting Managers will not see your personal details or your CV until you have been selected to attend an interview. Our application form is your opportunity to detail all of your experience as you would on your CV.
