We provide innovative rehabilitation and person-centred support within a safe, therapeutic environment, supporting up to 19 individuals to maximise their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

Individuals typically begin their journey with us on a 12-week rehabilitation pathway, which can be extended where additional support is needed to achieve personal goals. The centre has dedicated assessment and therapy facilities, a fully equipped physiotherapy gym and extensive private gardens.
