People Business Partner

We are currently searching for a knowledgeable People Business Partner to join B&M in one of our Distribution Centres in Speke, Liverpool.

The Shift Pattern(s) available are: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (some flexibility will be required)

As a People Business Partner, you will be working closely with and supporting the Senior Leadership Team at our site, and will report directly to the Head of People for Supply Chain. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring your sites HR strategy aligns with company objectives.

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. You will be given full, inhouse training on our systems.

What you'll be doing

• Providing HR/ER advice to your sites Management team
• Implementing People strategies which enhance productivity, engagement and moral across the site.
• Supporting project work where appropriate
• Partnering with various teams across the business, including Recruitment, Engagement and Health and Safety, amongst others.
• Monitor and report on data for your site.

What you'll bring

• A strong HR background in a fast-paced business, ideally in Logistics/Warehousing or manufacturing/construction.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Be IT literate (especially around the Microsoft Office package of software)
• A proactive, resilient approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
• Fantastic time management skills
