Stock and Systems Administrator

We are currently searching for a Warehouse Administrator to join the team in our Distribution Centre in Ellesmere Port.

The Shift Pattern(s) available are: 2 week Rotation (week 1: 06:00am - 14:00, Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00, repeated)

This is an office based role, where you will be supporting our Stock and Systems team. This team looks after the locations of all our stock inside the warehouse, ensuring the management system is up to date and accurate. This role is vital in keeping the operation running smoothly.

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. You will be given full, inhouse training on our internal systems.

What you'll be doing

• Providing strong admin support to our Stock and Systems team
• Assigning and managing stock locations throughout the warehouse
• Updating our Warehouse Management System to ensure smooth operation
• Learning all the internal systems, ensuring they are being utilised appropriately.
• Communicating with, and supporting, other teams across the site.

What you'll bring

• A strong administration background, or a keen willingness to learn
• Fantastic organisational skills
• Amazing time management ability (you will be working to deadlines!)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
