Chef de Partie

You'll ideally have previous Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef experience, good knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures, and the ability to stay organised when the checks start rolling in.

As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section and play a key part in delivering consistently great food, from busy breakfasts and lunches to seasonal dishes and traditional favourites.

• Preparing, cooking and presenting food to a consistently high standard
• Running your section confidently through busy services
• Working across breakfast, lunch, hot mains, specials and prep
• Following recipes, specifications and portion controls
• Ensuring prep is completed accurately and on time
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, HACCP and Health & Safety standards
• Managing stock rotation, labelling, storage and date control
• Minimising food waste and protecting margins
• Supporting deliveries, stock control and kitchen organisation
• Maintaining a clean, organised and service-ready section
• Working closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen team
• Supporting and developing junior members of the brigade
