What you'll do

As a first point of contact, you will respond to a wide range of enquiries by telephone, email, online forms and face to face, including dealing with customers at Reception. You will provide clear and accurate information, help customers access the right services and aim to resolve enquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible.

You will take responsibility for customer enquiries and service requests, ensuring the right action is taken and progressing matters where needed. The role also includes using different IT systems, maintaining accurate records, processing payments, handling personal and sensitive information appropriately, and supporting incoming post and deliveries.
