The role

What you'll do

Your missions

Work in a brigade where you will be trained on all the basics of the trade.
Preparation of mise en place and participation in service within a dynamic environment.
Develop your technical knowledge regarding different types of preparations, cooking methods, and the use of kitchen equipment.
Management of priorities and communication with the rest of the team.
Knowledge of hygiene and safety.
