Job Role - Vehicle Painter
Salary - £20.02 per hour / £41,756.11 per annum
Location - BCA Edingburgh
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8am-17:30pm

We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Painter to join our growing Bodyshop team at BCA Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional, fast-paced environment where quality workmanship, attention to detail and teamwork are genuinely valued.

Working on a wide range of vehicle makes and models, you'll be responsible for preparing, painting and refinishing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop looking its best. You'll play an important role in delivering exceptional quality while maintaining efficiency and productivity within the team.

This position would suit an experienced Vehicle Painter, Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer who takes pride in their work and is looking for a stable, full-time role with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule. Whether you're currently working in a bodyshop, accident repair centre or vehicle refurbishment environment, this is a great opportunity to join one of the UK's leading automotive businesses.

Your key responsibilities will be

• Preparing vehicles for paint, including masking and preparation work where required
• Applying water-based paint finishes to a high standard
• Colour matching and producing spray-out cards to ensure an accurate finish
• Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining paint equipment and ensuring a clean, safe working environment
• Supporting colleagues across the wider Bodyshop when required
• Working efficiently whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail

• Own air-fed mask and paint guns (essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Strong knowledge of paint preparation, application and colour matching techniques
