Customer Service Administrator

• Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Experience using databases or operational systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Knowledge of the automotive, fleet, logistics, or vehicle remarketing industry would be advantageous.

Salary: £14.52 per hour / £30,284.00

As a Customer Services Administrator, you will be a key part of our customer service function, providing professional administrative support and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You will manage customer enquiries, coordinate requests, maintain accurate records, and support the delivery of exceptional service standards across the operation.

• Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Manage customer enquiries and requests from start to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and customer information.
• Support customer order banks and provide regular updates where required.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Escalate complex enquiries and issues when appropriate.
• Contribute to a safe, compliant, and customer-focused working environment.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts between 6am - 6pm
