You'll manage schedules, track progress, and ensure accurate documentation to help us deliver world-class products efficiently and on time.
This is a very hands-on, practical role, involving the physical movement and handling of production items as part of the day-to-day workflow. Full Manual Handling training will be provided, so you'll have the support and guidance needed to carry out the role safely.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, working closely with subcontractor suppliers, production teams, and colleagues across the business. If you're organised, motivated, enjoy practical, hands-on work, and are ready to develop your career in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll do
Prioritise and distribute production work to subcontractors in line with schedules
Process and scan production tickets using internal systems (e.g. Temacs)
Ensure physical quantities align with production documentation
Receive, check, and process subcontracted goods promptly
Escalate receipting issues and flag reworks to the relevant teams
Support production scheduling by ensuring the right products reach the right suppliers at the right time
Ensure all required materials (e.g. threads, linking yarns) are included with shipments
Identify delays or bottlenecks and escalate where necessary
Ensure all deliveries are accompanied by accurate packing lists and/or knitting orders
Provide documentation to support warehouse dispatch and shipment tracking
Liaise with internal teams including Planning, Production, Subcontracting, Quality, and Logistics
Maintain clear and timely communication to support smooth operations
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Support supply chain best practice initiatives
Contribute to ongoing improvement projects
