What you'll get

SALARY: £13.21 per hour
HOURS: 45 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 05.00-14.30 / 07.00-16.30, with rotating Saturday shifts during peak periods (September-March).

The role

We're recruiting Food Production Operatives to join our family-owned business on the beautiful Daylesford Farm. Working with fresh, organic produce, you'll help create our award-winning products enjoyed by customers across the UK.

Whether you're already experienced in a production environment or looking to develop your career in food manufacturing, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that champions quality, sustainability and craftsmanship.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and handle fresh, organic ingredients straight from our farm, executing all Daylesford Organic products to company specification.

  • Follow recipes and procedures with care and precision.

  • Keep our production areas clean, safe and well organised.

  • Support with stock rotation, labelling, packaging and order preparation for Retail, Catering and Wholesale.
