Working within our Mission Technologies business, you'll support some of the UK's most important defence communications capabilities. As a Senior Network Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting the operation and maintenance of the UK Ministry of Defence's military satellite communications network. Working within the Network Operations Centre, you'll help ensure the reliability and performance of critical communications systems that support defence operations across the globe.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced satellite and telecommunications technologies, collaborate with highly skilled technical teams, and make a meaningful contribution to a critical national capability. This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based at Oakhanger and Hawthorn. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Day-to-day, you'll be required to:

• Perform health checks of the network and underlying infrastructure
• Provide 1st line investigations within the Network for both RF and Baseband.
• Complete set-ups and testing of new user accesses.
• Generate reports to validate network state and inform customers
