• Lead specialist electrical engineering teams to deliver planned and reactive maintenance activities safely, compliantly, and on schedule.
• Provide technical expertise for electrical infrastructure, supporting fault finding, inspections, testing, and engineering assurance activities.
• Monitor asset performance, identifying risks, prioritising actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders at technical reviews, safety forums, and governance meetings.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, engineering standards, and site-specific safety requirements.

As a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll take a leading role in safeguarding critical electrical infrastructure that supports the United Kingdom's naval and nuclear defence operations. This is far more than a traditional maintenance position. You'll provide technical leadership, coordinate specialist engineering teams, and ensure complex electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and operational at one of the country's most strategically important defence sites.

This role is full time, 36 hours per week Monday to Thursday 07:15 - 16:45. Flexible working arrangements and agile hours are available where business needs allow.
