This is a great job for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, keeping critical systems running smoothly, and working collaboratively across development, infrastructure, and business teams. This role would suit someone with experience supporting production applications in a complex, high-availability environment who is looking to build on their platform engineering expertise.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable working with cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, and who enjoys driving continuous improvements to service reliability, automation and operational excellence.

A bit about the job

This is a varied role where you'll contribute to incident management, service improvements, automation initiatives and the ongoing operation of strategic applications that support our customers and advisers.

Skills and experience we're looking for

  • Experience supporting and maintaining business-critical production systems within complex, high-availability environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AWS cloud services, SQL Server, CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling such as Jenkins and Digital.ai Release (XLR).
  • Proven ability to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, balancing service stability with customer and business needs.
  • Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and third-party suppliers to support software delivery, deployments and operational processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to document processes, support risk and control activities, and work effectively within distributed teams, including participation in out-of-hours support when required.
