Job Summary
AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a skilled and reliable Plant Operator to oversee, monitor, and maintain our industrial machinery and plant equipment. The successful candidate will ensure all operations run safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with industry standards to support our ongoing infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibilities
* Operate, monitor, and control plant machinery, equipment, and auxiliary systems in a safe and efficient manner.
* Conduct regular inspections, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant systems to identify and resolve operational issues.
* Perform start-up and shut-down procedures for plant equipment in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
* Maintain accurate logs of plant operations, including gauge readings, fluid levels, temperatures, and maintenance activities.
* Adhere strictly to company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, reporting any hazards or incidents immediately.
* Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and optimize plant performance.
Job Qualifications
* Technical diploma, vocational training, or equivalent certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial plant operations.
* Proven experience as a Plant Operator, Equipment Operator, or in a similar role within the infrastructure, construction, or heavy industry sectors.
* Strong understanding of industrial machinery, mechanical systems, and safety protocols.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and process flow diagrams.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the physical stamina required to perform manual tasks and work in various environmental conditions.
* Effective communication skills and a strong commitment to team safety and operational excellence.
