Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience developing and implementing test environment strategies within large-scale programmes.
  • Strong understanding of test environment management within complex, integrated technology landscapes.
  • Experience coordinating multiple environments, systems, suppliers and delivery teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with practical delivery requirements.
  • Experience identifying and mitigating environment-related risks and issues.
  • Experience working across multiple applications, integrations and third-party platforms.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting ERP, digital or enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or similar large-scale technology implementations.
  • Knowledge of service virtualisation concepts and tooling.
  • Experience working within retail, supply chain or highly integrated enterprise environments.
