New Homes Sales Consultant in Leatherhead

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you'll help buyers find their perfect home while building relationships with developers, purchasers, and colleagues across the Arun Estates network.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

✅ Contact prospective purchasers from our extensive buyer database

✅ Book and conduct viewings on exciting new homes developments

✅ Manage enquiries via phone, email and online channels

✅ Guide customers through their buying journey

✅ Work closely with mortgage advisors and estate agency colleagues

✅ Visit developments to become an expert on each site and its properties

✅ Support development launches, open days and marketing events

📍 Location: Leatherhead

Work Pattern: Monday to Saturday, 08.30 - 17.30 - 2-week rota: Week 1: 4 days Mon + Saturday working supporting development launches, open days and show homes.

Week 2: Monday to Friday
