A bit about what you will do...

Head Therapists in our team lead by example and embrace every opportunity to create special moments in our luxurious spa, providing a personal experience that enhances the overall wellbeing and relaxation of our guests.

Offer high quality professional treatments in a serene and relaxing environment.
Effectively pass on product and service knowledge to all therapists.
Ensure exceptional customer service, always considering the wellness needs and concerns of our guests.
Develop, train and coach therapists to maintain our exceptionally high standards.
Assist Spa Manager with monitoring stock levels, ordering products, conducting trade tests and interviewing potential therapists.
Pay attention to budgets and targets to ensure spa's profitability.
Promote spa products and services with complete knowledge and understanding.
Cover reception shifts when required.

Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
A recognized beauty qualification, level 3 Beauty or equivalent.
Massage qualification is a must.
