• Salary: £28,862.47 per annum
• Hours: 40.25 hours per week.
• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

• *Monitor the quality of work that our operatives carry out and manage performance.
• *Ensure products are handled correctly and in line with manual handling guidelines.
• *Complete investigations and rectify any possible discrepancies.
• *Take responsibility for administration duties, where needed.
• *Provide support with HR functions such as disciplinary meeting fairly and consistently.
• *Be responsible for the site's cleanliness and maintenance.
• *Keep track of your team's performance and be able to offer upskilling opportunities.

• The ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others to perform at their best.
• Confidence in applying a fair and consistent approach to people management.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
• Solid IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
