The role

Our Returns Operatives play a vital part in the operation and the customer journey by rolling up our sleeves to get things done. You will report directly to our Team Leader and Shift Supervisor whilst also working closely with our other Return Operatives, Super Debriefers and Repack team. Full training is provided on site and you will contribute to the delivery of an effective returns process.

What you'll do

Unloading all different types of appliances from the trailers and put into the right locations

* Use handheld scanners to scan returned stock ready for debrief

Ensure all returned items are correctly logged
Monitoring any unidentified returns
Identify the products returned

About The Role

Salary: £13.79 per hour
Hours: 40.25 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Rotational shift pattern)
Start/Finish time: 6.00pm - 6:00am
