Engagement: Independent contractor
Compensation: US$30-60 per hour, depending on experience and project requirements.

What You'll Do

• Design realistic marketing tasks with clear objectives, relevant data, and measurable deliverables.

• Create reference solutions, including campaign plans, market analyses, performance reports, and marketing assets.

• Develop evaluation criteria to assess strategic reasoning, analytical accuracy, execution quality, and alignment with business objectives.

• Review AI-generated work to identify unsupported claims, calculation errors, weak recommendations, and gaps in execution.

• Collaborate with reviewers to refine tasks and ensure consistent quality.

Who We're Looking For

• Professional experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, market research, content strategy, or marketing analytics.

• Experience owning campaigns or projects with measurable business outcomes.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain your decisions clearly.

• Familiarity with tools relevant to your specialty, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Semrush, or Excel.

• Strong written English and attention to detail.

Particularly Relevant Experience

• Paid acquisition, campaign optimization, and budget allocation.

• Customer segmentation, competitive research, and positioning.

• Funnel analysis, attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization.

• SEO, content strategy, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation.

• Translating business goals into actionable marketing plans.
