What we're looking for

Solid experience operating as a Mid or Senior Business Analyst within enterprise environments.
Strong domain background in Financial Services (wealth management, banking, or related sectors).
Practical experience using AI tools and prompt workflows to automate traditional BA deliverables (e.g., meeting syntheses, functional specs, user journey maps).
Strong critical thinking and editing skills to review, refine, and ensure accuracy of automated deliverables.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge gaps between business objectives and technical implementation.

The role

We are recruiting for a Contract Embedded Business Analyst to start ASAP on an initial 3-month contract. The role is fully remote, The day rate is £400-£450/day.

What you'll do

Embed directly within cross-functional delivery teams to capture, analyse, and articulate complex enterprise business requirements.
Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate and automate documentation, user stories, process mapping, and traditional analysis workflows.
Apply rigorous human-in-the-loop review, quality control, and validation across all AI-generated outputs before stakeholder sign-off.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to translate high-level strategies into clear, actionable functional deliverables.
Identify process bottlenecks and champion continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
