This FTC is a remote role, alongside travel to nuclear sites including (but not limited to): Trawsfynydd, Maentwrog, Wylfa, Hunterston, Chapelcross, Sizewell and Bradwell.

Amey delivers essential workplace and facilities management services across 17 nuclear sites and regional offices nationwide, supporting the safe decommissioning of the UK's first‑generation nuclear sites. This is highly regulated, purposeful work that plays a vital role in protecting people and the environment, while offering long‑term career security within a growing and nationally important sector.

As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead performance and continuous improvement activities that make services safer, more efficient and customer focused. You'll use data and insight to influence change, improve outcomes and drive operational excellence across our NRS Contract.

What you will do

  • Drive performance and continuous improvement across key services.
  • Turn data and insights into meaningful operational improvements.
  • Lead audits, compliance activities and performance reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and operational teams.
  • Identify risks, solve problems and improve customer outcomes.
  • Champion best practice, innovation and service excellence.
  • Support and develop colleagues through coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Help shape safer, more efficient and high-performing services.
  • Travel to sites as needed to support improvement and assurance activities.

What you will bring

  • Experience in performance, compliance or continuous improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with performance reporting.
  • Experience using CAFM systems and managing operational data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to improving services and performance.
  • Knowledge of audit, quality assurance and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Performance Management, Continuous Improvement, Project Management or Health & Safety are advantageous.

We welcome applications from a diverse range of candidates.

Triple Bar training (a short online introductory nuclear course) is required prior to site access and will be completed as part of onboarding.
